Teter Warm

We were just browsing with our 3-year-old who loves dresses when she spotted Teter Warm and ran inside with excitement. I told the staff we didn’t plan to buy anything, but they were incredibly welcoming and generously offered to let our daughter try on dresses just for fun. Of course, once it was time to remove the dress, the tantrum began, a full-on meltdown! As parents, we try not to reward that behavior, so we gently said no. What happened next completely surprised us: the store owner came over, kindly soothed our daughter, and gifted her a beautiful $65 tiara to cheer her up. I have never experienced that level of kindness and customer service in any store. Truly above and beyond. We had an incredible experience at Teter Warm! After visiting several boutiques for my daughter’s baptism dress—where either the customer service was lacking or the selection was limited—we decided to visit the one designer we kept coming back to. We’re so glad we did! The store is beautiful, and the dress selection is fantastic. We were able to try on six different designs with no judgment—just encouragement. Our sales associate, Ari, was amazing—so kind and patient, making the whole experience special. With both myself and the godmother working, the boutique’s extended hours until 8 pm were a huge help. Ari even stayed later without hesitation when we needed to pause for a diaper change, making us feel completely comfortable. The dresses themselves are absolutely adorable—well-made, high quality, and crafted with such care.
