Returns Policy
In-Store & Online Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
Within 15 days of purchase, you may exchange your regular priced item for another item or receive merchandise store credit. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
This means that any exchanges must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 15 days after delivery date. Exchanges will not be accepted beyond 15 days from the delivery date.
If items were purchased in-store, you may bring the item back to our store for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must be attached and items must not be washed, worn or damaged. The items must be in resalable condition for an exchange to be authorized. Items must be in its original packaging which means if your purchased item arrives in a dust or garment bag, it must be returned inside of the bag.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@teterwarm.com. If your exchange is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided for you to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For orders from the Continental United States and Canada, exchanges may receive a one-time free return shipping as courtesy, subject to our discretion.
Any undergarments, sale or discounted items and custom products (special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are FINAL SALE.
Gift cards are not eligible for return and are final sale.
Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer refunds. Once your item is returned to us and accepted, a store credit will be sent to you for the cost of the item minus the return shipping.
Damages & Issues
We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged in your possession. We monitor all returns to identify any potential abuse or misuse of our Return Policy, and reserve the right to refuse service. Returns received that do not satisfy our policy are subject to rejection or partial credit.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time without notice.
