For addresses within the United States and Canada, orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. We offer standard flat shipping via UPS.

Orders over $200 before tax with a delivery address in the United States or Canada are eligible for free shipping.

Return shipping is subject to our standard flat rate. As a courtesy, we may provide one complimentary return shipping label per order for customers within the Continental United States and Canada, at our discretion.

Any additional exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee as well as applicable return shipping charges.

We may update this shipping policy at any time without notice.

Within 15 days of purchase, you may exchange your regular priced item for another item or receive merchandise store credit. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. 

This means that any exchanges must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 15 days after delivery date. Exchanges will not be accepted beyond 15 days from the delivery date.

If items were purchased in-store, you may bring the item back to our store for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All original tags must be attached and items must not be washed, worn or damaged. The items must be in resalable condition for an exchange to be authorized.  Items must be in its original packaging which means if your purchased item arrives in a dust or garment bag, it must be returned inside of the bag.

Online Purchases

Online exchanges are subject to an 8% exchange processing fee, which includes a prepaid return shipping label.  This helps us make the exchange process as simple and convenient as possible.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back to us.  Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.  Once your return item has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange accordingly. 

Any undergarments, sale or discounted items and custom products (special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are FINAL SALE.

Gift cards are not eligible for return and are final sale.
