We had such a wonderful experience with Teterwarm. The first dress we ordered was absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately it was too small and my daughter’s graduation was just a week away. I was honestly starting to panic about finding something else in time.

When I reached out, the team at Teterwarm truly went above and beyond. Alexis got on the phone with us, walked us through virtual measurements, and sent dress options by text, which made the whole process so much easier. Another team member also helped us (I didn’t catch their name), and together they made sure everything moved quickly. We received the new dress just two days later three days before my daughter’s communion!

The quality of the dress was perfect, and the level of care and attention we received was exceptional. They really showed up for us during a stressful moment, and that meant so much.

A couple of things to keep in mind: we are based in the U.S., while the company is in Canada, so shipping costs can add up. I would definitely recommend using their virtual measurement service, especially if you’re not local, it really helps avoid the hassle of returns like I experienced. Also, their shipping is impressively fast, and they have so many gorgeous options to choose from.

The dresses are a bit on the pricier side, but you can truly see the quality in them. I did hesitate at first since it’s something my daughter will only wear a few times, but in the end, it was absolutely worth it.
